The People's Choice Award recognises tourism accredited businesses that have excelled in their commitment to a professional, customer focused approach and excellence in service.
A People’s Choice nominee is selected in each region, on a quarterly basis. They are based on visitors' feedback received from Tourism Industry Council Tasmania's customer survey forms.The TICT receives over 3000 customer feedback forms per annum. A copy of the new look customer survey form is attached.
Quarterly nominees become finalists for the People’s Choice Award announced at the Tasmanian Tourism Awards Gala Presentation Dinner. A full listing of the quarterly nominees can be viewed at the attachment on the right.

Congratulations to Strahan Bungalows for receiving the 2009 People's Choice Award, announced at the Tasmanian Tourism Awards Gala Dinner on Friday November 20, 2009. Winners of the award are entitled to promote this achievement through the use of the People's Choice Award logo (at left).
The 2010 winner will be announced at the Tasmanian Tourism Awards Gala Dinner in late 2010.
