The People's Choice Award
The Tourism Industry Council Tasmania’s (TICT) customer survey forms provide TICT and accredited businesses with valuable feedback on experiences. The surveys also provide the basis for a business to be selected as a quarterly nominee for the Annual People’s Choice AwardQuarterly nominees are selected based on the quality of written comments and the number of forms received per quarter and automatically become a finalist for the annual Award announced at the Tasmanian Tourism Awards Gala Dinner.

The Annual People’s Choice Award is often hotly contested as there are over 1000 quality accredited businesses focused on delivering excellence in service. Quarterly nominees and the annual winner are publicly announced, but what about the other many businesses that are demonstrating a commitment to professional customer service?TICT has developed a People’s Choice Top 10 to reward top performing businesses that have demonstrated exceptional performance in each quarter for their region. The top ranking business are selected as the quarterly nominee for the Annual People's Choice Award for their region. Top Ten results will be updated and published quarterly.
